Reading the Bible to Hear God Speak

I want to elaborate on something I said in passing at the end of our previous devotional video. If God speaks to us through the Bible, it's important for us to think through how that communication might work. So, here's my attempt to clarify the nature of the Bible as communication from God. Let's think through our Bible-reading practices and perhaps clear the lines of communication, at least from our end, so that we might hear what God really is saying to us through the Scriptures.
